Ryan L'Italien built Viewer Toolbox and the Simple Viewers suite as commercial apps. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
Data Collection
These apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no telemetry. Your files are opened and rendered locally on your Mac and never leave your device.
Network Access
Viewer Toolbox connects to ryanlitalien.com solely to check for app updates via Sparkle (the Gumroad version) or through the Mac App Store (the App Store version). No personal information is sent during this process.
Third-Party Services
These apps do not use any third-party services that collect information.
